Jeff Dixon

Jeff Dixon is an experienced professional in the woodroom and business excellence sectors, currently serving as Woodroom/Stores Manager at AV Group NB since February 2020. Previously, at Aditya Birla Group, Jeff held multiple roles from April 2006, including Woodroom Manager and Business Excellence Leader, overseeing 27 employees and the production of significant volumes of wood chips and biomass. In the role of Business Excellence Leader (Black Belt), Jeff managed project portfolios, coordinated project leadership, and ensured adherence to the DMAIC methodology for continuous improvement. Jeff's career also included positions as Fiber Procurement Supervisor and Area Supervisor focused on pulpwood supply and harvesting operations. Educational credentials include a Black Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma from Simplicity Designs and training from the Maritime College of Forest Technology.
