Todd Edmister

Todd Edmister is currently the Director of Regulatory Affairs and Deputy General Counsel at East Bay Community Energy. Prior to this role, Todd has held various positions including Administrative Law Judge at California Public Utilities Commission, Of Counsel at Morrison & Foerster LLP, and Attorney at Bingham McCutchen. Todd holds a Law degree from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.
