Shelby Crisan

Shelby Crisan is a seasoned professional in event strategy and operations, currently serving as the Senior Director at Ava Labs since December 2022. In this role, Shelby is responsible for creating a global events strategy to engage Web3 audiences, aligning department KPIs with organizational objectives, and managing financial performance through budgeting and reporting. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Manager of Global Conference Logistics at Gartner, overseeing large-scale conferences, and leading a team of event managers. Shelby's career also spans roles at George P Johnson Experience Marketing, where leadership included managing numerous events and developing key processes, as well as positions at Spectra by Comcast Spectacor and Bridgestone Arena. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hospitality and Tourism Management from Grand Valley State University.
