Trym Sandvik Johnsen

Trym Sandvik Johnsen has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Trym started their career as a Servicemedarbeider at Renta AS in June 2015 and worked there until August 2016. Following that, they joined KIWI minipris as a Butikkmedarbeider in November 2016 and continued in that role until September 2020. In August 2020, Trym briefly worked as a Kundeserviceagent at Kindred Group plc for four months.

In 2019, Trym joined Vörü as a Markedskoordinator and held the position until March 2021. Trym then moved to DHL Express, where they worked as a Kunderådgiver from March 2021 to March 2022. Currently, they are employed at AVA of Norway, first as a Kunderådgiver from January 2022 to March 2023, and later transitioning into the role of Customer Success Manager from January 2023 onwards.

Overall, Trym has gained experience in customer service, coordination, and management roles throughout their career.

Trym Sandvik Johnsen attended BI Norwegian Business School from 2018 to 2020, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Administration. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Bærekraft som konkurransekraft" from Handelshøyskolen BI in December 2022.
