Urvi Dharamshi

Urvi Dharamshi is a finance professional with significant experience in investment banking and business development. Currently serving as a Senior Manager for Equity & Business Development at Avaada Group since September 2023, Urvi previously held positions at Bank of America Merrill Lynch from January 2019 to April 2023, initially as an Analyst and later as an Investment Banking Associate in the Natural Resources and Energy Transition Group. During this time, Urvi participated in various M&A transactions and engaged with Power sector advisory clients. Prior roles include Analyst at Bank of America (Continuum) from May 2015 to December 2018, focusing on the EMEA region, and a Summer Intern at CRISIL Limited in 2014.
