Melissa Chiasson

Melissa Chiasson possesses extensive experience in business application support and service delivery within the credit union sector. Currently serving as a Sr. App Support Administrator at Avadian Credit Union since February 2019, Melissa provides support for key business applications and addresses software issues. Prior to this role, Melissa was the Director of Service Delivery at Navigator Credit Union, managing the Service Call Center and overseeing training for team members. Melissa's earlier tenure at Keesler Federal Credit Union spanned nearly two decades, where responsibilities included roles such as Senior Business System Analyst, Loan Processor, Financial Services Representative, Branch Manager, Loan Officer - Team Leader, and Staff Development Specialist, all of which contributed to developing a comprehensive skill set in operations, training, and customer service in financial services.
