Carsten Heller

Carsten Heller is a seasoned business and professional development leader at AVAG Holding SE since November 2015, where leadership coaching is provided to 180 dealerships in Germany's largest car dealership group, focusing on light commercial vehicles and small fleets. From January 2003 to October 2015, Carsten served Peugeot Deutschland GmbH in various roles, including National Head of Small Fleet Sales and Used Cars, managing 100 dealerships in North West Germany, and establishing the Peugeot Professional programme in North East Germany. Prior experiences include junior management at Citroen Autohaus Dieter Heller and branch management at tecis Finanzdienstleistungen AG, alongside military leadership experience as a lieutenant in the Germany Federal Armed Forces.
