Ronen Benin has a diverse work experience, starting with their role as the Founder and CEO of Glissner, a safety technology company specializing in phone sanitation. Ronen is also the Founder and CEO of RightBlue Labs, where they help organizations improve employee well-being culture. Previously, they co-founded Coachd, a mobile app that offers workout coaching from professional athletes. Ronen is an alumni of The Next 36, a program that supports entrepreneurial undergraduates, and was recognized with the Outstanding Venture Award. Ronen also co-founded Rameco Distribution, a biodegradable stationary import and distribution company. Additionally, Ronen worked as a Strategy Consultant at Ronda (Canada) Inc., achieved notable profit increases and free cash flow growth, and co-founded Tradyo, an app for local buying and selling. Ronen started their career as a Provincial/National Coach at the Richmond Hill Aquatic Club, where they swam competitively and coached for four years, contributing to the development of national record holders.

Ronen Benin completed their International Baccalaureate at Bayview Secondary School. Ronen then pursued a degree in Business Management and Organizational Studies with a focus on Sustainability and Entrepreneurship at The University of Western Ontario from 2008 to 2010. Following this, they enrolled in the Ivey Business School at Western University from 2010 to 2012, where they earned an Honors Business Administration degree with a specialization in Entrepreneurship and Sustainability, with a specific focus on Strategy.
