Liz McLaughlin

Liz McLaughlin has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Liz is currently the Director of Software Engineering at Availity, where they lead and provides strategic direction to a cross-regional team. Prior to this, Liz was the Director of Connectivity Services at Availity, where they successfully implemented methods to meet project goals and improve efficiency. Liz also served as a Team Lead/Manager, overseeing the daily operations of a team and ensuring strategic alignment with goals. Liz was previously an Operations Center Analyst Lead, where they optimized workflow procedures and enhanced employee performance. Liz started their career as a Systems Analyst and Operations Support Analyst/Client Services Rep. Additionally, Liz has also worked at Boca Java as an Inventory Manager, HCA Patient Account Services as a Collections Representative, and Florida Blue as a Quality Assurance Specialist and Customer Service Specialist.

Liz McLaughlin earned an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management from Florida State College at Jacksonville from 2011 to 2015. Liz then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration and Management from the same college, completing it between 2019 and 2021.
