Zachary Merson

Zachary Merson is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as Senior Corporate Counsel at Availity since January 2016, after progressing through roles as Corporate Counsel and Staff Counsel. Prior to Availity, Zachary held the position of Assistant Vice President and Associate Attorney at Fidelity National Financial from 2014 to 2015. Zachary holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, achieving Cum Laude honors, as well as a Juris Doctor degree, also with Cum Laude honors, from the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law.
