Erika Hickman

Erika Hickman currently serves as the Assistant Vice President and Assistant General Counsel at WellStar Health System, a position held since 2017. Prior to this role, Hickman was a Senior Attorney at Littler from 2010 to 2017, overseeing employer responses to administrative charges nationwide and engaging in strategic settlement negotiations. Earlier experience includes serving as an Associate at Seyfarth Shaw (2006-2009), Freeman Mathis & Gary (2005-2006), and Page, Mrachek, Fitzgerald & Rose, P.A. (2003-2005), where responsibilities involved representing clients in various labor, employment, and commercial litigation matters. Erika Hickman earned a Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Economics from the University of Florida.
