Tyler Gilman has a diverse work experience starting from 2002 as a 15T UH-60 Black Hawk Helicopter Repairer in the US Army. Tyler then worked as an Account Manager at Close Air Support from 2011 to 2012, where they built relationships with airlines and repair stations, managed multiple accounts, and negotiated prices. Afterwards, they joined ITS in 2014 as an Account Manager, responsible for maintaining client files, stock management, and providing customer support. In 2017, they joined Parker Hannifin as a Customer Support Operations professional, focusing on customer support. Currently, they work at AvAir as an Account Executive since 2019.
Tyler Gilman earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Western Michigan University, where they studied from 2006 to 2010. Prior to that, they attended Kalamazoo Central High School from 1999 to 2002.
