Madhuri Venkateswar

Madhuri Venkateswar is a Senior Strategist at Avalanche Insights. Madhuri was previously a Fellow with the Thomas J. Watson Fellowship, where they undertook a year of independent study exploring women’s autonomy, studying how cultural, economic, and political factors shape their decision-making. During their time as a Fellow, Madhuri traveled to 24 countries and interviewed over 1000 women, cataloguing their diverse narratives through a photographic portrait series.

Prior to their time as a Fellow, Madhuri worked as a Business Analyst for Deloitte. Madhuri began their career with Deloitte as a Business Analyst Summer Scholar in May 2016 and continued working with the company until August 2018.

Madhuri Venkateswar earned their Bachelor of Arts from Rice University in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering.
