Marcela Martin

Marcela Martin is the current Director at Avalara. Prior to their current position, they held various finance-related positions at different companies including CFO at Booking.com and Executive Vice President at National Geographic. Marcela has over 25 years of experience in the finance industry and is a certified public accountant.

Marcela Martin graduated with their MBA from the University of Liverpool and continued their education at the UCLA Anderson School of Management. Marcela then obtained their MBI in Intl Business from Universidad de Belgrano and is currently a CPA in Accounting/Finance. Marcela is also certified from LinkedIn in Giving and Receiving Feedback.
