Roman Novik is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the tax and accounting sectors, currently serving as a Product Specialist Manager and previously as a Partner Implementation Manager at Avalara since February 2013. Roman's career includes roles as Tax Manager and Team Lead in Voluntary Compliance Services. Prior to Avalara, Roman owned a small business, Affordable Mattress Innovations, and worked as a Supervisor at Bedroom Discounters. Roman holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Finance, Risk Management & Insurance from California State University-Sacramento, as well as a degree in General Education and Business Administration from American River College.
