Sang Tu Kien

Sang Tu Kien, MSc, has extensive experience in VAT compliance and management, currently serving as Tax Manager Belgium & Netherlands and VAT Team Leader at Avalara since June 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing a team of eight VAT Compliance Executives and managing international client VAT issues. Prior to Avalara, Sang held the position of VAT Accountant at TMF Group from June 2017 to June 2018, focusing on VAT registration and reporting for EU clients, and worked as VAT Compliance Officer at European VAT Desk from October 2016 to May 2017. Sang holds a Master's degree in Applied Economics from Ichec Brussels Management School, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management from Haute Ecole Lucia de Brouckere.
