Mark Joseph

Mark Joseph currently serves as the Director of Technology Strategy at Avalere Health, a position held since December 2023. Previously, Mark was the Divisional CTO at Cochlear, a leading company in implantable hearing solutions, from November 2022 to December 2023. As Chief Technology Officer at KidsKnowBest from September 2021 to November 2022, Mark defined data, product, and technology strategies, leading the design of a scalable SaaS data analytics platform. Prior experience includes roles such as Group Head of Technology & Systems at Spencer Ogden and IT Systems Manager at The SR Group, focusing on technology service improvements, governance, and compliance initiatives. Additional roles involved managing infrastructure projects and technology investments at Charityshare Ltd and JCoSS, alongside initial consultancy work at RVHS.
