Thom Anthony

Thom Anthony is a seasoned professional in motion direction and creative media, currently serving as Senior Motion Director at Avalere Health since November 2022. Thom co-founded Basement Filmworks LLC in June 2014, where a focus on creative direction continues. Additional roles as Creative Director at Carrot Wedding Films and formerly as Motion Media Director at closerlook showcase expertise in cinematography, direction, and production. Previous experience includes contributions at Preacher’s Mile and Hogsalt Hospitality as well as founding Thom Anthony Film / Photo to build a diverse portfolio in motion picture and photography. Educational credentials include a BS in Sociology and Communication Arts from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, complemented by prior studies at Concordia University-St. Paul and Eagan High School.
