Richard McClurg

Richard McClurg is an experienced engineering professional with a strong background in management and continuous improvement. Currently serving as a Senior Engineering Manager at Avalign Technologies since January 2021, Richard previously held the position of Engineering Manager at NN, Inc. and has accumulated extensive experience as a Manufacturing Engineer at Schrader International and Ohio Screw Products, Inc. Richard's expertise includes LEAN implementation, custom tool and fixture design, and quoting/estimating for new business opportunities. Richard's education includes a Bachelor of Technology in Program Management and Technology Management from Ohio University, as well as degrees in LEAN and Quality Management and Manufacturing Engineering from LCCC University Partnership and Lorain County Community College, respectively.
