Ashley Ivanowicz

Ashley Ivanowicz is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Avalo Therapeutics since October 2025, Ashley previously held the position of President and Principal Human Resources Consultant at ALI Consulting, LLC for a decade. In previous roles, Ashley was Head of Human Resources at Venatorx Pharmaceuticals, overseeing comprehensive HR functions, and Director of Human Resources at Aralez Pharmaceuticals, managing HR operations for multiple entities. Early career experience includes serving as Associate Director and Manager of Human Resources at Endo Pharmaceuticals. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Science in Labor Studies & Employee Relations from Penn State University and a Master’s in Human Resource Development from Drexel University.
