Jenna Marie Dulak, Ph.D.

Jenna Marie Dulak, Ph.D. has a wealth of experience in the IT field. Jenna Marie began their career in 2008 as the Web Manager at Hilbert College, where they were later promoted to Director of Web Services and Online Technology. During their time at Hilbert College, they also served as an Adjunct Instructor and Distance Learning Coordinator. In 2020, they joined M&T Bank as an Intake & Due Diligence Processing Associate in the Operations and Risk Management department. Later that same year, they began their current role as Director of IT at Avalon, where they also serve as a Systems Administrator, Forensic Technician, and Project Coordinator.

Jenna Marie Dulak, Ph.D. began their educational journey in 2005 when they obtained their Bachelor of Science in Computer Security from Hilbert College. Jenna Marie then went on to obtain their Master of Arts in Integrated Marketing and Communications from St. Bonaventure University in 2011-2012. Following this, they obtained their Master of Science in Networking, Security, and Systems Administration from Rochester Institute of Technology in 2008-2015. Finally, they obtained their Doctor of Philosophy in Leadership and Policy from Niagara University in 2016-2019.
