Kerri Fritsch

Kerri Fritsch is Avalon Healthcare Solutions’ Chief Client Officer. She leads the Client Management department with a focus on exceeding client expectations and enhancing client value. Kerri has also fostered effective relationships with Avalon’s client base and values collaborative partnerships.

Prior to joining Avalon in 2015, Kerri held leadership positions in client management, operations, and financial management. She was VP of Client Services at New Century Health and VP of Product Development at CareCentrix, where she helped develop and launch a successful hospital readmission reduction program. Kerri’s other health plan roles have included VP of Finance for WellCare’s health services division and AVP of Performance Management for AmeriGroup FL.

Kerri also served as CEO of physician practice management company CoreManagement, which specialized in billing and operational solutions for primary care and specialty practices.

Kerri holds a BS in Finance from Providence College, where she was a division 1 scholarship athlete for tennis. She received her MBA/MHA from Pfeiffer University.
