Adam Redes

Adam Redes is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in manufacturing and program management across several prestigious companies in the automotive industry. Currently a Manufacturing Engineer at Avalon & Tahoe MFG, Inc. since October 2018, Adam previously held multiple leadership roles at IAC Group, overseeing program management, plant supervision, and technical engineering from August 2011 to October 2018. Adam's earlier experience includes positions as Operations Manager and Engineering Manager at International Automotive Components and various roles at Lear Corporation, where responsibilities encompassed assembly line development, capital investment design, and project management. Adam holds a B.S. in Plastics Engineering from Ferris State University and an AAS in Plastics Engineering from Grand Rapids Community College.
