Brian Nesbit

Brian Nesbit is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in technology operations, cloud infrastructure, and team leadership. Currently serving as Sr Director of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations at AvalonBay Communities since April 2023, Brian previously held the position of Vice President of IT Infrastructure & Cloud Operations at Corcentric, where responsibilities encompassed technology operations, cloud, and infrastructure management following the acquisition of Determine. At Determine, as Principal Engineer and Cloud Architect, Brian led IT infrastructure initiatives focused on cloud and platform architecture. Prior roles include Vice President of Technology Operations and Engineering at Apptix, where Brian stabilized and rebuilt IT infrastructure, and Director of Technology Operations at Network Solutions, managing a large team within operations. Brian's career began at AT&T as a System Administrator, following a B.S. in Management Information Systems from Penn State Erie, The Behrend College.
