Gabe Levijarvi

Gabe Levijarvi is a seasoned professional in property operations and maintenance management with extensive experience at AvalonBay Communities since December 2012, currently serving as Vice President Property Operations for the Pacific Northwest and Northern California. In prior roles, Gabe has demonstrated leadership in managing operational and financial performance, customer satisfaction, and personnel management across multiple regional positions. Before joining AvalonBay, Gabe held significant roles at Target Corporation from 2003 to 2012, including District Facilities Manager and Warehousing Group Leader, overseeing numerous facilities and coordinating large teams to achieve productivity and safety goals. Gabe holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from California State University, Chico.
