Nicholas Mendros

Nicholas Mendros is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in community management and marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Community Consultant and Lead Concierge at AvalonBay Communities since August 2013, Nicholas is responsible for enhancing resident relations, managing package services, and maintaining communication through social media and newsletters. Previous leadership roles include President of the Hellenic Society at Seton Hall University, where event organization and member recruitment were pivotal, and Co-founder and Vice President of the Italian-American Club at Boston College High School. Nicholas also gained valuable experience as a Marketing Intern at Pro-Home, Inc., focusing on event promotion and office administration. Nicholas holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Seton Hall University.
