Ciprian Banica is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in agile coaching and digital transformation. Currently serving as Practice Lead and Agile Coach for Disruptive Innovation at Avaloq since October 2019, Ciprian also holds roles as a Professional Scrum Trainer at Scrum.org and a Professional Kanban Trainer at ProKanban.org. Previously, Ciprian contributed as an Agile Coach and Product Management expert at Fide Group and as Chief Agility Officer and Chief Product Officer at nail.it and sharefidence, respectively. Ciprian's early career included leadership positions such as Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Creative Officer at g7 WaveCrest, as well as Group Creative Director roles at FCB Global and MERCURY 360.
