Flavio Schraner

Flavio Schraner has extensive experience in IT support and service management, currently serving as a Support Manager at Avaloq since September 2014, where responsibilities include ensuring support and maintenance, managing critical customer escalations, and advising clients on support processes. Prior to this role, Flavio held positions such as Head of Service Desk at Steria Schweiz AG, where leadership of the service desk and administration of service management tools were key duties, and Teamleader Technical Helpdesk at both upc cablecom and Tempobrain AG. Flavio has also traveled extensively, experiencing various cultures while working as a tourist in several countries.
