Amal Alnuaimi is a seasoned IT professional with over 25 years of experience in technical support and customer service management. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of Technical Support at Digital Dubai since July 1998, Amal oversees user account management, data backup, and the provision of technical equipment for new employees, ensuring a seamless IT experience for all staff. Prior experience includes leading the Customer Support Unit at Dubai Smart Government, where responsibilities encompassed team management, IT inventory tracking, budget oversight, and client satisfaction initiatives. Amal holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology from the University of Dubai, obtained from 2004 to 2009.
