Oliver Knoll

Oliver Knoll has a strong background in software engineering and has held various roles throughout their career. Oliver began their career as an intern at Gretag Imaging in 1999 and then interned at British Telecom in 2000. In 2001, they worked as a Scientific Assistant at ETH Zürich, where they continued their diploma work on a 3D editor. Oliver then joined AutoForm Engineering GmbH as a Software Engineer from 2002 to 2007. In 2008, they started working at COMIT as a Senior Software Engineer, focusing on application development and team coaching. In 2011, they joined Avaloq as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on the implementation and integration of various financial frameworks. Oliver's most recent role at Avaloq was as a Senior Lead Software Engineer.

Oliver Knoll studied at ETH Zürich from 1994 to 2001, where they obtained a degree in Computer Science, specifically a Dipl. Informatik-Ing. ETH in Computer Graphics. In addition to their formal education, Oliver has obtained several certifications, including "Nachhaltige Investments für Asset Owner" from Swiss Sustainable Finance in 2023, "Advanced Algorithms (Graph Algorithms) in Java" from Udemy in 2021, "Master Microservices with Spring Boot and Spring Cloud" from Udemy in 2021, "Professional Scrum Product Owner I (PSPO I)" from Scrum.org in 2020, "Professional Scrum Master I (PSM I)" from Scrum.org in 2019, and "Avaloq Certified Professional" from Avaloq in 2011.
