Pranali Pradhan

Pranali Pradhan is an experienced HR professional with a comprehensive background in human resources management. Currently serving as HR Manager at Avaloq since January 2022, Pranali oversees the complete employee life cycle management for the Pune location. Previously, Pranali held the position of Senior Human Resources Manager at Accentiv' India from September 2010 to January 2022, focusing on various aspects of HR operations including compliance, talent acquisition, and performance management. Prior experience includes roles at ATOS ORIGIN INDIA PVT. LTD as Assistant - HR, where responsibilities included managing joining formalities and payroll activities, and as HR Trainee at ICI Dulux Paints, where training and development programs were initiated. Pranali holds a PGDBA in Human Resources Management and Services from MIT School of Distance Education, a Master of Arts in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Shreemati Nathibai Damodar Thackersey Women's University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Kelkar College.
