Wolfgang Klampfer serves as Chapter Lead at Avaloq since November 2022 and has been the Founder of BirkYou Coaching since November 2016, emphasizing the significance of people in business success. Previously, Wolfgang held various leadership roles at Siemens from 2017 to 2022, including Head Branch & People Excellence and Manager People Excellence, where a focus on transforming organizations into learning environments was paramount. Other notable experiences include leading training initiatives at UPC Schweiz GmbH, Delta Electronics, Alstom, and Schaffner Group, along with regional management responsibilities at TUV Rheinland North America Group and early engineering roles at Sony. Wolfgang holds a Master of Arts in Human Resources Development and several coaching and leadership qualifications, alongside an engineering degree in Electrical Engineering.
