Carolyn Goldbeck is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in client management and automation leadership. Currently serving as a Client Account Leader and Midwest Intelligent Automation Offering Lead at Avanade since October 2022, Carolyn previously held the role of Head of Customer Success and Talent Coaching at Plato from July 2021 to July 2022. Carolyn spent two decades at Accenture, progressing from Manager to Principal/Managing Director, leading the Insurance Applied Intelligence practice in North America and driving technology and business initiatives across major insurance carriers. Beginning their career as an Associate Mathematics Instructor at Indiana University Bloomington, Carolyn holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Arts in Mathematics, as well as a Master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Adler University. Additional qualifications include certification in the Columbia Suicide Severity Rating Scale and participation in ongoing professional development and leadership programs at Accenture.
