As Corporate Vice President of the Enterprise and Commercial Industries team, Deb’s vision is for Microsoft to be the digital transformation leader and partner of choice for Microsoft clients. Deb is a collaborative and authentic leader whose focus on re-engineering and optimizing processes has enhanced productivity and driven results for the businesses under her leadership. Deb is also passionate about client success and people development with a particular interest in mentoring women in business.

Deb holds a BS in business administration from the University of Richmond in Richmond, Virginia, where she was a Division One field hockey and lacrosse scholarship athlete. In addition, she holds an MBA from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
