Connor Mortland

Connor Mortland has a diverse work history. Connor started their career at PwC, where they worked as an Experienced Associate from October 2014 to December 2016, and then as a Senior Associate from January to October 2017. In 2017, they joined Avanath Capital Management, LLC as a Senior Fund Accountant. Connor later transitioned to the role of Acquisitions Analyst in August 2018 and then became the Director of Acquisitions in April 2020. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President of Acquisitions at Avanath Capital Management, LLC since August 2022. In addition to their professional career, they have also been involved as a Coach at Balboa Bay Volleyball Club from May 2019 to July 2021, and currently coaches at WAVE Volleyball Club since September 2021.

Connor Mortland completed a Master's Degree in Accounting at NYU Stern School of Business in 2014. Prior to that, they also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Finance from the same institution between 2010 and 2014. Additionally, they have certifications as a CPA (Certified Public Accountant) and as a Real Estate Salesperson from the California Department of Real Estate.
