Kaitlyn Mullin

Kaitlyn Mullin has worked as a Vice President of Financial Planning and Analysis at Avanath Capital Management, LLC since January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Director of Financial Planning and Analysis at the same company starting in May 2021. Prior to joining Avanath Capital Management, Kaitlyn was a Manager of Real Estate Consulting at Deloitte from August 2020 to April 2021. Kaitlyn also held the position of Senior Real Estate Consultant at Deloitte from January 2017 to August 2020. Before Deloitte, Kaitlyn worked as an Asset Manager at Standard Communities from May 2016 to January 2017, and as an Asset Management Analyst at the same company from May 2015 to January 2017. Kaitlyn started their career as a Real Estate Consulting Associate at Deloitte Transactions and Business Analytics from January 2014 to April 2015, and as a Real Estate Consulting Intern at the same company from January 2013 to December 2013. In 2012, Kaitlyn briefly worked as a Faculty Assistant for Kevin C. Fields at the University of Southern California. Their first work experience was as a Financial Services Intern at Merrill Lynch from September 2011 to December 2011.

Kaitlyn Mullin holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business. Kaitlyn also has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Administration, with a minor in Real Estate Development, from the University of Southern California. Kaitlyn attended Punahou School for their earlier education. In addition to their degrees, Kaitlyn has obtained certifications in Certified General Real Estate Appraiser from the California Bureau of Real Estate Appraisers and in Novogradac Property Compliance Certification from Novogradac & Company LLP.
