Patricia Gaudin

Patricia Gaudin has a strong background in human resources and has held various leadership roles throughout their career. Patricia most recently worked at Avanath Capital Management, LLC as the Executive Vice President of Human Resources since March 2022. Prior to that, they were the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Avanath Capital Management, LLC from January 2019. Before joining Avanath Capital Management, LLC, Patricia worked as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Interior Specialists, Inc starting in April 2017. Patricia also served as the Vice President of Human Resources at Lineage Logistics, one of the largest temperature-controlled warehousing and logistics companies in the world, starting in May 2013. In addition, Patricia has experience as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Keolis Transit America, Inc from June 2009 to November 2012. Patricia began their career at SCI Companies in 1996 as the Business Team Manager, Account Management, where they were responsible for managing client profitability and retention. Prior to that, they worked at Nova Southeastern University as the Director of Business Services overseeing various divisions.

Patricia Gaudin holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Nova Southeastern University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1994. Patricia also completed a Certificate in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Kentucky from 1992 to 1994. Furthermore, they earned a Masters of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Nova Southeastern University, during the period from 1994 to 1996.
