Tracey Johnson has extensive work experience in operations, customer experience, and project management. Tracey has worked at Avanceon as the Vice President of Operations, where they provided oversight and guidance to business unit directors and other team members. Tracey was also responsible for establishing customer satisfaction criteria and measurements. Prior to that, they worked as the Director of Operations and Customer Experience, where they provided similar guidance and played various additional roles such as Steering Committee Member and Leadership Council Leader. Before that, they served as a Business Unit Director, where they managed a team of engineers and handled business development, operations, and P&L management. Tracey also worked as a Project Manager, leading projects from inception to execution. In addition, Tracey has previous experience at companies such as Quantell and Nitelines USA in managerial roles.

Tracey Johnson attended West Chester University of Pennsylvania from 1998 to 2000. During their time at the university, they focused on studying business, although they did not obtain a specific degree.
