David Schramm

David Schramm has a long and varied work experience. David began their career in 2010 as a Software Engineer with Mirth Corporation, where they determined the operational feasibility of client-facing projects and developed channels within the existing Mirth Connect interface engine. In the same year, they also worked as an Undergraduate Researcher with the Star Research Group at UC Irvine, where they conceptualized and developed a web-based administration tool for teachers of special needs classrooms.

In 2010, they joined NextGen Healthcare as a Product Manager, where they established a new green-field product's proposed strategic direction through market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews. David then moved up to the role of Chief Technical Product Owner in 2012, where they defined the product's strategy, objectives, and roadmap for a cloud-based Health Data Hub. In 2020, they started at Apex Fintech Solutions as a Senior Technical Product Manager, and is currently working at Avaneer Health as a Senior Product Manager.

David Schramm completed a B.S. Informatics from UC Irvine in 2010. David then obtained a Mirth Connect Certified (Integration Engine) certification from Mirth Corp in June 2010. In 2015, they received a Pragmatic Marketing (PMC-III: Foundations, Focus, Build) certification from Pragmatic Institute (Pragmatic Marketing + TDI). In 2017, they obtained an Agile Planning and Estimation; Scrum Boot Camp certification from Construx Software. In June 2019, they received a Behavior-Driven Development certification from LinkedIn.
