Jessica Willoughby, PMP, CSM, has over 10 years of experience in the field of project management. Jessica started their career in 2010 as a Marketing intern at Hach Company, where they coordinated and planned 15-20 events for an annual budget of 250,000. In 2011, they moved to Pepsi Beverages Company as a Small Format Sales Representative. In 2012, they joined TriZetto Corporation as a Team Lead Configuration and Consultant I, QNXT. At TriZetto, they designed, configured, and tested medical claims processing software for four projects. Jessica was also the project lead for three projects and assisted in the development of processes and hand-offs between teams within the company. In 2014, Jessica moved to SCL Health as a Project Manager and Bross Group as a Project Manager. In 2015, they joined Project Management Institute as a Symposium Volunteer. In 2016, they joined Cognizant as a Manager and Statera, Inc. as a Consultant. At Statera, they worked as a project manager within a program management team to launch a cloud guide platform to new markets. Jessica was the key contact for coordination of updates and status between various work groups through the defect resolution and testing life cycle. In 2018, they joined Cumberland Consulting Group as a Principal Consultant. Most recently, in 2021, they joined Avaneer Health as a Program Director.

Jessica Willoughby obtained their Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Marketing from Colorado State University between 2007 and 2011. Jessica also obtained their Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from the Project Management Institute in August 2015 and their Certified Scrum Master certification from cPrime, Inc.
