William Burgess (Bill)

William (Bill) Burgess is a skilled Project Manager with extensive experience in environmental science and management. Currently at Avangrid since January 2019, William oversees remediation projects. Previously, as a Senior Project Scientist at HRP Associates, Inc. from November 2013 to January 2019, expertise included site investigations, wetland delineation, and remedial design. Earlier experience as a Soil Conservationist with USDA-NRCS encompassed conservation planning and contract management, with a temporary role as District Conservationist overseeing a county field office. William holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Management from the University of Rhode Island and additional certifications in Wetland Delineation.
