Hailey Jannetty

Hailey Jannetty has a diverse work experience in the field of data analytics. Hailey started their career in 2016 as a Regulatory Affairs Intern at Zimmer Biomet, where they worked with the International team on projects and regulatory submissions analysis.

In 2017, Hailey joined Boston Biomedical Associates (BBA) as a Clinical Operations and Data Analytics Intern, where they gained experience in project coordination, database development, and data entry for clinical trials. Hailey then worked as an Associate Data Analyst, developing cross-functional platforms for clients and analyzing trend and aggregate data metrics to support clinical trial management.

From 2019 to 2020, Hailey worked as a Data Analyst I at BBA, actively contributing to the analytical services department and collaborating with various teams to develop automated dashboard reporting tools. Hailey also built and validated clinical study databases.

In 2020, Hailey joined Avania as a Data Analyst II, playing an active role in daily activities within the analytical services department. Hailey generated tables, performed analyses using SAS, and coordinated with data management for data cleaning efforts.

Hailey quickly advanced to the role of Senior Data Analyst at Avania in 2021, where they provided mentorship and guidance to team members. Hailey also acted as the main point of contact for clients and external parties for project-related communications.

In 2022, Hailey was promoted to Manager, Data Analytics at Avania, showcasing their leadership skills and expertise in data analysis.

Prior to their professional career, Hailey Jannetty trained as a pre-professional student at Pittsburgh Ballet Theatre, attending various summer programs and performing in productions such as the Nutcracker and Great Gatsby.

Hailey Jannetty has a diverse education history. Hailey began their studies at Mount Lebanon High School from 2009 to 2013, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Following high school, Hailey attended the University of South Carolina from 2013 to 2017. There, they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Biological Sciences, with a minor in Computer Science and Engineering. Building upon their undergraduate studies, Hailey furthered their education at Northeastern University from 2018 to 2021. Hailey pursued a Master of Science degree, also known as a Master of Computer Science (MS/MCS), in the field of Health Data Analytics.
