Daniel Lam

Daniel Lam is an experienced engineering professional specializing in research and development, quality assurance, and product testing. Currently serving as the R&D Test Lab Manager at Avanos Medical since March 2024, Daniel previously held various roles at Newell Brands, including Test Lab Manager and Sr. Test Engineer, overseeing a team in the Appliances and Cookware division. Daniel's background includes engineering positions at Theken Spine, JD Stevenson and Associates, and TTI Floor Care North America, where expertise in design, testing, and product development was demonstrated across multiple industries, including consumer products and medical devices. Daniel holds both a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Akron.
