Derik Day

Derik Day has experience in various roles within the staffing and recruitment industry, ranging from IT recruiting to contingent workforce program management. Currently, Derik leads the Contingent Workforce and Talent Acquisition team at Avanos Medical, focusing on developing strong candidate and employee experience, implementing D&I initiatives, and executing TA strategies. Prior to this role, Derik worked as a Contingent Workforce Program Manager at Randstad Sourceright, a Recruiting Manager at Ascendo Resources, and a Vendor Manager at CDI. With a BS in Marketing from Eastern Illinois University, Derik brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to their current role.
