Erica Sim is an accomplished computational linguist with a strong background in machine learning and linguistics. Currently employed at Avant Assessment since June 2021, Erica has previously worked as a machine learning engineer at Allstate and as a graduate student at the University of Washington, where a Master of Science in Computational Linguistics was attained. Prior experience includes serving as a customer advocate at Zendesk.
