Kathryn Galtress

Kathryn Galtress is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management and operations. Currently serving as Group HR Director at Avant Homes since July 2015, Kathryn has held various roles including Head of Group HR Operations and Group HR Manager at the same company. Prior to Avant Homes, Kathryn worked as an HR Business Partner at Yorkshire Water from June 2013 to July 2015. Kathryn's career began at Lloyds Banking Group, where positions included HR Change/Project Manager and HR Operations Manager from February 2009 to May 2013. In the earlier years at HBOS, Kathryn focused on HR operations management in payroll and HR administration from June 2004 to January 2009. Kathryn's education includes attendance at Crossley Heath Grammar School in Halifax from 1985 to 1990.
