Nancy has held key roles at AMP and Avant Mutual, leading teams and driving strategic initiatives to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value generation. Nancy also has a strong background in structured investment products and operations from their time at Macquarie Group. Nancy holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics and Finance from the University of Wollongong.
