From September 2015 to present, they worked as the Director of Education and Cooperation at Avant Ministries, a missionary sending agency focused on planting churches where they do not exist.

From January 2011 to September 2015, Gary C worked as the Director - Kenya Education, Training and Cooperation at International Teams Canada, where they focused on training and equipping African leaders. Prior to that, from January 2009 to January 2011, they were the Director of Church Development at the same organization.

From 2003 to 2009, Gary C worked as the Director of Outreach & Mission at Creekside Church.
