Shashank Padmasola

Shashank Padmasola has a strong background in business analysis and system analysis. Shashank started their career at HDFC Bank as an Assistant Branch Manager in 2003 and worked there until 2006. Shashank then joined Tata Consultancy Services as a Business Analyst from 2006 to 2010. After that, they worked at Capgemini as a Business Systems Analyst from 2010 to 2017. Following their time at Capgemini, they joined The One Information as a Business Systems Analyst from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Senior Business System Analyst at AVANT TECHNO SOLUTIONS starting from March 2021.

Shashank Padmasola completed their education in a chronological manner. Shashank started their education at Little Flower Junior College from 1995 to 1997, where they focused on subjects such as Maths, Economics, and Commerce. After completing junior college, they went on to pursue a Bachelor of Commerce (B.com) degree at Osmania University from 1997 to 2000. Following their undergraduate studies, Shashank pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Management at Sri Sathya Sai Institute of Higher Learning from 2000 to 2002.
