In their most recent role as the Vice President of Marketing at Avante Health Solutions, Brodie was responsible for developing marketing strategies, managing branding, launching new products and services, and generating leads through various marketing channels. Prior to that, they served as the Enterprise Client Director at CoverMyMeds, where they built and maintained relationships with pharmaceutical enterprise clients and facilitated integration opportunities. Additionally, Brodie held significant positions in global marketing, account management, and strategic planning at Berry Global, AVINTIV, and Cardinal Health. Brodie Bauders has a diverse education history. Starting in 1987, they attended Rittman High School until 1991. Brodie then went on to attend Miami University from 1991 to 1995, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Following this, they pursued a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree at The Ohio State University from 1995 to 1997, specializing in Clinical field of study. Brodie furthered their education by obtaining a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Marketing and Finance from Case Western Reserve University, which they completed in 2003.
